fast changing
Before I joined this org,I wonder most of the colleagues are working over years and quite loyal to the org.In fact,eventually I discover that this is not true.I think most likely this is the problem of their perception towards their jobs. Why they joined?for. Money?or looking for self achievements?who knows.....if we figure out the problem,our turnover rate won't be so high...

Just think of the little gossip my mom told me: My kindergarden classmate is working as a security guard in my building!
Firstly i just wondering how strong connection are those housewives! They are still keep in touch no matter their children already forgot their classmates names and even the faces.
In chilihood, parents tried their best to give the best education to their beloved one, but the future path is on the children's hand,they don't work hard that means wasted the great effor of their parents.
Same school,but different future. Today, I experienced this fact.

Nearly Friday... ...
Near Friday... that's the word one of my colleague always says
One day he told me he own a company called"Nearly Friday", firstly I didn't believe it, as that's his favourite word that we always heard.
He showed me the B.R to prve it. OK, Jon, I trust you.

After the intensive workshop,just wondering.... I'm quite unapproachable among the other classmates. Maybe I am not really keen on their discussion which focused on the happened things... how to get a CP! If u studied hard for the previous and didn't get a fail grade, why need to do so???ai....
